Please send us your full address along with how you would like to pay and we will endeavour to get your shoes out to you, beautifully packaged, as soon as possible, in most cases the next day. Delivery Charges & Times
We can combine shipping for multiple orders Deliveries made, stock providing, every day if paid before 4pm, UK customers next day service, signature required on receipt of shoes. For international customers, delivery times range from 3-7 days. If you would like your shoes sooner, we can provide an express service for next day international customers. This service will add to your total which we can advise you on. If we are out of stock of your desired size or style, we will always let you know immediately so we can order your shoes for you and keep you updated on their progress. All prices are inclusive of VAT. Hetty Rose Shoes are all handmade using mainly vintage Japanese kimono fabrics. These fabrics are antique and therefore sometimes the fabrics can have small marks. We always try, however, to work around any imperfections on the fabric. Owing to the nature of the recycled fabric, each pair of shoes varies in colour and print, making them truly individual. |
