Terms and Conditions

1.1 If you wish to cancel your order:

(a) you can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods to you; or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched to you, by returning goods to us in accordance with clause 1.2 below.

1.2 You can return goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. If the goods are purchased at a sale price, refunds cannot be given and an exchange will be offered. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

1.3 Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required. Exchange credit only will be given if the bought goods were purchased at a sale price.

Please bear in mind when picking your shoes that shoe sizes vary all over the world depending on where they are made and whose size chart you check.

Exceptions to returns policy on Bespoke shoe orders only.

In the circumstances of a custom-made item, e.g. unusual sizing, non-standard colourway or non-standard style modification, we reserve the right to refuse a return for a full refund or exchange. We will, however, discuss the situation and seek a happy settlement on behalf of all parties.
